Jabra GN Jabra Amazon Connect Demo

How to run this demo:

Step ①

Use Google Chrome and install the Jabra Browser Integration Extension and native Chromehost downloads mentioned here. This provides basic call control (synchronized mute between Amazon Connect and headset indicators/buttons, etc.) for all Jabra USB devices.
Step ②

For a complete demo with analytics (background noise, crosstalk etc) please use a single Jabra Engage 50 device. Attach the device to your computer (removing any other Jabra devices) and make sure it is the default device used for both audio and microphone.

Nb. Default audio device is set by your operating system. Default microphone can also be overridden in Chrome under Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Content Settings.
Step ③

Create an Amazon Connect instance if you don't have one already. Ask your Amazon Connect administrator to whitelist this domain as an approved origin under Application Integration in your Amazon Connect administrator console OR copy this webpage and related files to a webserver serving a white listed domain for your Amazon Connect instance and re-launch this page (refer to Jabra Amazon example source folder in GitHub for the files used for this page).
Step ④

Please write the Amazon Connect CCP url provided by your administrator and any phone number for easy outbound calls using the 4-dot button on the Jabra Engage 50 controller:
